Do I have to build anything myself?: No. That's the point. You send us your product list, photos, prices, and how you want to handle pickup, delivery, and shipping. We build the store, load the catalog, connect payments, and hand it to you running.
Who owns the customer data?: You do. Every customer, email address, and order lives in your store and can be exported at any time. We don't market to your customers and we don't sell your data.
How do payments work?: You get your own Stripe account in your business's name. Customers pay you directly and Stripe pays out to your bank on your schedule. Vertis never holds your money, and card numbers never touch our servers.
Can I keep my current website?: Yes. We can run your store on shop.yourdomain.com alongside the site you already have — or embed products, a buy button, or your whole catalog directly into it with one line of HTML.
What does it cost?: It depends on your catalog size, the modules you need, and whether you want us handling your advertising too. Tell us what you sell and we'll come back with a real number — not a pricing page that doesn't fit you.
How long until I'm live?: For a typical shop with a clean product list, days rather than months. The long pole is almost always getting product photos and prices together — which is why we help with that too.
