Using this site
This website is operated by Alder Creek Digital. By using it you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for information; it is not a binding offer, and specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
The platform
Vertis provides commerce software to businesses. Where we set up and operate a store on your behalf, the scope, fees, and service levels are defined in your service agreement with us. Merchants remain responsible for the products they sell, the accuracy of their listings, their tax obligations, and compliance with the laws that apply to their business.
Payments
Card processing is performed by Stripe under the merchant's own connected account and is subject to Stripe's terms. Vertis does not take custody of merchant funds.
Intellectual property
The Vertis name, software, and site content are owned by Alder Creek Digital. Merchants retain all rights to their own brand, product content, images, and customer data.
Disclaimer and liability
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alder Creek Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
